Celery Juice - Another wellness fad?
Share
Promoted as a cure-all health hack, celery juice first become popular because of Anthony William - a man who calls himself a "medical medium." When he was 8 years old, a "Spirit" told him to drink celery juice, and since then, he and others he works with have seen countless health benefits. While celery is generally healthy, it contains a lot of oxalate. Too much oxalate in the body can cause health issues and has been linked to increased risk of kidney stones, lower mineral absorption, and antibiotic interactions. You don't have to completely stop eating celery and other oxalate containing foods, but too much of one thing isn't always a good idea! Moderation is key. 🙂
