1. Subject of the Agreement

These terms apply to the Feel Complete website and all other associated domains to www.feelcomplete.com and the Feel Complete mobile phone application. For the purpose of these terms and conditions the term “website” or “site” will encompass all applicable websites as well as the mobile application including the portions only available to “members”.

“Members” applies to users of the website and associated services through a paid subscription. “Users” are those who use the website and associated services without having a paid subscription.

“Benefits” relevant to these terms and conditions are associated with the following products and services:

  • Information and resources associated with vital minerals, vitamins, food ingredients, and functions of the body
  • Webinars lead by our nutritionists or other representatives of the Feel Complete Group or its affiliates
  • Community functions such as group chats, notice boards, chat rooms, Q&As as well as other user generated content such as food recipes
  • Monthly food plans
  • Personal health reports based on feedback and input by users into the Personal Health questionnaire
  • Food recipes
  • Performance tracking services and performance records
  • Personal 1 to 1 consultations with our nutritionists or other representatives of the Feel Complete Group or its affiliates
  • Customised health plan written by our nutritionists
  • Guidance and support on dietary supplements
  • Ongoing/continuous coaching provided by our nutritionists
  • Food supplements (including but not limited to essential vitamins, minerals, probiotics, digestive enzymes, botanical extracts) which may be sold individually or as a combined product

These “benefits” may be subject to change (including removals or additions of such services) based upon the ongoing development of the Feel Complete Group services and overall brand position. Access to these “benefits” will be confirmed at the point of sale and will be determined by the type of service / membership you purchase.


This is a legally binding agreement between you and Feel Complete Group Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales under number 14087833, registered office is 401 Stonehouse Business Park, Gloucestershire, GL10 3UT.

By using this website or any associated website and, where necessary, providing your personal information you agree;

  1. You have read and understand the terms of this agreement,
  2. You accept and agree to be bound by the terms of this agreement,
  3. You accept and agree to abide by all laws and regulations applicable to the subject matter of this Agreement.

If you do not agree to the terms set out in this document, you must not use the Feel Complete website or any other associated domains or the Feel Complete app.

We are committed to protecting your privacy and security. For more information, you should review our Privacy Policy. By using the Feel Complete system, website and membership, you consent to such processing and you warrant that all data provided by you is accurate.

You may not transfer any of your rights under these terms and conditions to any other person.


2. Changes to Terms and Conditions

Occasionally these Terms and Conditions may be changed at our discretion, to ensure all information, process, services and options available to members and users is accurate and up to date. This will include the website and all other associated domains including the Feel Complete app. Your continued use of the site means that you accept any changes to this Agreement.

If any of the changes applied to the Terms and Conditions are not acceptable to you, you should stop using the website immediately. Certain provisions of the terms of use contained in this agreement may be superseded by legal notices or terms located on particular pages of the website.

Registered members will be notified of changes via the email address we have for you on file. Any material amendments intending to bind an existing member or user shall become effective within the terms provided by email.


3. Website Access

We do not guarantee that our site, or the content it contains will always be available or uninterrupted. We may withdraw, restrict or suspend the availability of all or any part of our site for business and operational reasons. We will try to give you reasonable notice of any suspension or withdrawal.

You are responsible for ensuring that all persons who access our site through your internet connection are aware of these terms of use and other applicable terms and conditions, and that they comply with them.


4. Website Content and Use

All material and intellectual property on the website is owned by Feel Complete Group LTD.

You must not use any part of the content on our site for commercial purposes.

You should not print, copy or download any part of the website content as this will breach these terms. You may be asked to return and/or destroy any copies of the materials you have made.

All rights not expressly granted in these terms or any express written licence, are reserved. For all other uses of our content or images you must contact us and obtain our prior written permission.

You are required to establish an account on the Site in order to use certain features. You agree to provide accurate, true, complete and current information about yourself as prompted by the website, including associated domains and the app. You are responsible to promptly update such information to maintain accurate, true, complete and current information.

Any inaccurate, false, incomplete or outdated information you provide or if it is, through our sole discretion, suspected that such information is inaccurate, false, incomplete or outdated, we reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account, cancel any pending and undelivered orders and issue a refund for such cancelled orders and prohibit any and all current or future use of the Site or any portion thereof by you.

During the registration process you will provide your email address and create a password. You are responsible for the confidentiality of your account and password and are fully responsible for all activities that occur under your account or password.
You agree to immediately notify us of any unauthorised use of your account or password or any other security breach and to ensure that you exit from your account at the end of each session.
Unless you have so notified us, you agree to be responsible for all charges resulting from the use of your account on the site including charges resulting from unauthorised use of your account. We are not liable for any loss or damage resulting from your failure to comply with this section.

You must not use the website in any way that causes, or may cause damage to the website or interferes with any other person’s use of the website (e.g. visitors and members of the site).

You must also ensure that you do not use or communicate with the site or visitors or users of the site in any way that can be considered harmful, abusive, unlawful, illegal, threatening, harassing, or in breach of any applicable law or regulation.

You must not impersonate any person or entity, including, but not limited to, any user of this site, a director, shareholder, employee, agent or representative of the Feel Complete Group or our affiliates.

You must not upload, post, email or transmit any unsolicited or unauthorised advertising, promotional materials, "junk mail," "spam," "chain letters," "pyramid schemes," or any other form of commercial solicitation.

You must not misuse our site or knowingly introduce viruses, trojans, worms, logic bombs or other material that is malicious or technologically harmful.
You must not attempt to gain unauthorised access to our site, the server on which our site is stored or any server, computer or database connected to our site.

You must not attack our site via a denial-of-service attack or a distributed denial-of service attack. By breaching this provision, you would commit a criminal offence under the Computer Misuse Act 1990. We will report any such breach to the relevant law enforcement authorities and we will cooperate with those authorities by disclosing your identity to them. In the event of such a breach, your right to use our site will cease immediately.

6. Communications

Applicable laws require that some of the information or communications we send to
you should be in writing. When using our Site you accept that communication with us will be mainly electronic. We will contact you by e-mail or provide you with information by posting notices on certain parts of the Site.

For contractual purposes, you agree to this electronic means of communication and you acknowledge that all contracts, notices, information and other communications that we provide to you electronically comply with any legal requirement that such communications will be in writing. This condition does not affect your statutory rights.

7. Links

Feel Complete has not reviewed all of the sites linked to its website and is not responsible for the contents of any such linked site. The inclusion of any link does not imply endorsement, approval, or control by Feel Complete of the site. Use of any such linked site is at your own risk and we strongly advise you make your own investigations with respect to the suitability of those sites.


8. Eligibility for Use

All users of the website and additional membership services across the website and mobile application must be 18 years of age or more. Any personal information supplied at registration is complete and accurate and it is the responsibility of the user and/or member to update such information in order to keep it up to date.

By using the Services, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years of age and have the right, authority and capacity to enter into these Terms & Conditions and to abide by the terms and conditions.

Due to the sensitivity that occurs with certain conditions, if you are experiencing the following conditions you are currently unable to use our services:

  • Cancer or suspected to have cancer
  • Chronic kidney disease (CKD), at any stage
  • A current eating disorder

In all conditions above you should consult with your medical professional or GP as a priority.

You are required to inform us of any existing medical condition before engaging in our membership services. You must declare any symptoms you are experiencing:

  • Persistent or unexplained pain
  • Unexplained bleeding or discharge from the nipple, vagina or rectum
  • Blood in sputum, vomit, urine or stools
  • Breast lumps
  • Calf swelling
  • Difficulty swallowing
  • Excessive thirst
  • Increased urination
  • Inability to gain or lose weight
  • Loss of appetite
  • Paralysis
  • Slurred speech
  • Unexplained bruising
  • Rash or weight loss
  • Black tarry stools
  • Painless ulcers or fissures
  • Bleeding in pregnancy

Any of these symptoms should be discussed with a medical professional prior to your usage of our services. We retain the right to decline to offer you our services at our discretion if any of the above symptoms above, after further insight, is deemed too risky and we cannot intervene or put at risk any of your existing medical recovery.
If you have a known or suspected allergy or sensitivity, you should not follow
any suggestions provided within our Service, immediately inform us.

We do not accept any responsibility related to the occurrence of an allergic reaction due to individual intolerance to the food or nutrition guidance we provide.


9. Your Health and Medical State

Feel Complete Group does not offer medical services or advice. The information and guidance provided through the website or associated apps should not be considered or interpreted as medical advice.

No Doctor - patient relationship is created by using this service and this service is not designed for medical emergencies. If you are experiencing a medical emergency you should contact the necessary emergency number (999 or 111 depending on the severity of your condition).

We strongly recommend that prior to commencing any change of diet or lifestyle you should consult a medical professional. If you have any concerns or questions about your health or medicines, you should always consult an appropriate medical professional. Always seek professional medical advice if or when you are contemplating any changes in your prescribed medicines.

The content shown across the site is not intended to be used as medical advice, support, diagnosis, or treatment.

A specific health or medical condition(s) you have may not get better or may get worse and you may develop new conditions due to the individual characteristics of each user's physical and or mental recovery / wellbeing. We do not guarantee the improvement of your health.


10. Breaches of Terms

The Feel Complete Group has absolute discretion, to determine whether there has been a breach of this Agreement through your use of the Site, the Feel Complete app or other products or services that may be on offer.

Where the Feel Complete Group determines a breach to this Agreement has occurred, appropriate action will be taken, as we deem appropriate. This may include all or any of the following actions:

  • Issue a warning notice to you to immediately cease and/or remedy the breach or breaches, upon this receipt, such action should be taken immediately
  • Immediate, temporary or permanent withdrawal of your right to use the Site and/or all products and services
  • Immediate, temporary or permanent removal of any posting or material uploaded by you to the Site
  • Legal proceedings against you for reimbursement of all costs on an indemnity basis (including, but not limited to, reasonable administrative and legal costs) resulting from the breach
  • Proceed legal action against you
  • Disclose any necessary information to law enforcement authorities

We exclude liability for actions taken in response to breaches of this Agreement. The possible actions we may take on breach of this Agreement are not limited to those described here, and we may take any other action where deemed reasonably appropriate.

This Agreement is between you and the Feel Complete Group only and will become effective when you start using the System and will remain effective until terminated by you or the Feel Complete Group.

The Feel Complete Group reserves the right to terminate this Agreement or suspend your site access, membership account, including products and services purchased, at any time in the case of any unauthorised, or suspected unauthorised use of the Site, mobile app and the products and services whether in contravention of this Agreement or otherwise.

If the Feel Complete Group terminates this Agreement, or suspends your account (including features listed above such as site access and access to products and services), for any of the reasons set out in this section, the Feel Complete Group shall have no liability or responsibility to you whatsoever.


11. Payments and Subscriptions of Products and Services

The website is currently free to access but users who want to claim access to certain benefits (as listed in section 1) are required to pay for a subscription or a one time purchase.

Subscriptions are currently sold at different monthly price packages, depending upon the users requirements or desire to have access to different service benefits.

A user's subscription to the Feel Complete Group includes enrolment to an ongoing/recurring monthly payment plan. Your subscription will be automatically renewed at the end of each calendar month, unless the user has instructed the Feel Complete group to cancel the chosen plan.

Payment will be charged to your chosen payment method (debit or credit card) monthly at the start of every billing period.

We reserve the right to change your pricing and, in the event of a price change, we will notify you thirty (30) days in advance of the change by sending an email to the email address you have registered for your account. If you do not wish to accept a price change, you may cancel your subscription in accordance with the instructions included in that email.

If you do not cancel your subscription after the price change takes effect and prior to the start of your new subscription period, your subscription will be renewed at the price in effect at the time of the renewal, without any additional action by you, and you authorise us to charge your payment method for these amounts.

You can cancel your subscription at any time before the end of your current billing period. Cancellation will take effect at the end of your current billing period.

To cancel your Feel Complete subscription you can contact customer service via telephone or email. Cancellations will only take effect at the end of your current billing period and you will still be able to access your benefits until then. We do not refund or credit for partially used billing periods.

Your detailed payment information, such as credit card number and expiry date, will be kept securely on file. You are responsible for keeping your payment details up to date by contacting customer service. You authorise us to continue to charge your card using the updated information. When you supply your payment details you represent that you are the authorised user of the bank card that is used to pay for the benefits.
In the event legal action is necessary to collect on balances due, you agree to reimburse Feel Complete Group and its vendors or agents for all expenses incurred to recover sums due, including all applicable legal expenses. You understand that we will hold and store such bank card or payment information to facilitate payment and deposit, damage reimbursement, and other liability purposes.

If a payment is not successfully authorised due to expiration, insufficient funds, or otherwise, we may suspend or terminate your subscription by giving you notice.

Any benefit, additional product or service supplied by Feel Complete is meant for personal use and it may not be subject to resale. Failure to do so may result in immediate suspension or termination of your Feel Complete account.

You also agree that we may charge your payment method on file if you decide to restart your Feel Complete subscription, unless you specify an alternative payment method when you restart your subscription.

To make a one time purchase of a product or service using the website or web app, follow the steps on the website (or those that we discuss with you over the telephone) to place your order. If you have any questions about our products, or other items, please check the details shown on the website or contact us by sending an email to hello@feelcomplete.com or call us on 0330 133 5885 or via the Contact Us page on the website.

The website allows you to check your order details at each stage and make any amendments and correct any errors before placing your order. Details of any special offers are set out on the site. Please read all the details carefully to ensure that the products are right for you and please check all of the details of your order carefully before submitting it to us.

If the products you wish to order are known to be out of stock we will inform you of this once we have received your order and we will also try our best to display this on the website too.

After you submit your order on the website, we will send you an email acknowledging that we have received it and confirm the details of the order so that you can check them.

We will confirm our acceptance of your order by sending you an email (the Order Confirmation) stating that your order has been accepted or by dispatching products to you. Our acceptance of your order together with the Terms and Conditions forms the legally binding contract (Contract) for the sale and purchase of the products as ordered from us.

If you wish to change your order, please contact us immediately by sending an email to hello@feelcomplete.com or call us on 0330 133 5885. We will endeavour to make the changes that you require. However this may not be possible if we have already started processing your order. You must confirm any and all changes in writing to us as soon as you are able. Please be aware that any changes to an order may result in changes to the price and to the delivery timescales. We will inform you of these when you have made your changes.

The prices of the products and services shown on the website or in the app are inclusive of VAT at the applicable rate chargeable in the UK. If the rate of VAT changes between the date of your order and the date of delivery, we will change the VAT rate at the time that the order was placed. The VAT rate applicable at the time of order will be charged and displayed on all further documents related to the order.

Product prices do not include delivery charges, different levels of delivery service can be selected during the checkout process.

We reserve the right, but are not obligated, to limit the sales of our products or Services to any person, geographic region or jurisdiction. We may exercise this right on a case-by-case basis. We reserve the right to limit the quantities of any products or services that we offer. All descriptions of products or product pricing are subject to change at any time without notice, at the sole discretion of us. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time. Any offer for any product or service made on this site is void where prohibited.

The products and services are not intended for resale. This includes not reselling the products through a third party website or organisation such as Amazon or Ebay. We reserve the right not to supply products to individual customers in response to orders where it is reasonable to assume they will be on-selling them.

12. Offers and Promotional Codes

From time to time, offers and promotions may be shown on the website or in the app. Offers and promotional codes:

  • must be used in accordance with the terms of the specific promotion or offer; may be used against purchases of products as set out in the terms of the offer or promotion
  • may be used to pay for orders of a higher price than the promotional amount, on payment of the difference
  • cannot be exchanged for cash
  • are valid for the limited time specified with the offer or promotion
  • cannot be returned or refunded, except in accordance with your legal rights
  • should be looked after by you as cash as Feel Complete will not accept liability if a promotional code is lost or stolen
  • must be applied at the basket before completion of the order (it is your responsibility ensure the discount has been applied)

A money back guarantee may be promoted on the website or in the mobile app for certain products and services. These guarantees are only available for a limited time period as per described on the website or in the mobile app. To receive money back for a product or service you have purchased which you are not satisfied with, you will need to call the customer service team on: 0330 133 5885 or send an email to hello@feelcomplete.com. Each guarantee will be subject to certain conditions related to the length of time you have held the product, how it has been used, storage of the product and more. All of these details can be reviewed prior to your product purchase and discussed with the customer service team post service. There may also be a requirement to return any unused products


13. Product Descriptions

We take reasonable care to ensure that the products on the website are described accurately and fairly and that product information shown is correct and up-to-date. However, it is important for you to note that:

  • the images of products on the website are for illustrative purposes only;
  • packaging of products may vary from that shown on the website or any of our literature;
  • the flavour and texture of our natural products may vary from time to time;
  • we cannot guarantee that the colour reproduction that you see on the website or our literature will accurately reflect the colour of the product when you receive it; and
  • there may be minor differences between the product and its description on the website and there may be typographical or other minor errors or omissions in any description on the website or our literature.

14. Product Warranties

Feel Complete Group confirms that the products shown on the website or in the app will comply with their description, and that the products will be free of material defects for the period set out on the product packaging and/or labels.

It is important that you read the product descriptions and any instructions carefully to ensure that they are suitable for your requirements and for use by you. Feel Complete Group cannot and do not promise that any product will be suitable for use by you or will achieve any particular results for you or, in the case of products, will help alleviate or cure any particular symptoms or condition. If you have any questions please contact us and please seek advice from a qualified medical practitioner.

The warranty does not apply to any defect in the products arising from:

  • natural deterioration over time (fair wear and tear) which does not affect the normal usage of the product in accordance with its instructions;
  • wilful damage, abnormal storage conditions, accident, negligence by you or by any third party; or
  • any failure by you to use or store the products in accordance with the product descriptions or user instructions.

As a consumer, the express warranties set out in the Terms and Conditions are in addition to your legal rights in the UK as set out in the Consumer Rights Act 2015 requiring that goods must be as described, fit for purpose and of satisfactory quality. Advice about your legal rights is available from your local Citizens' Advice Bureau or Trading Standards office.


15. Liability

The liability of the Feel Complete Group with any product or service purchased through the Site is strictly limited to the purchase price of that product or service. This does not include or limit in any way our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for fraud, or your statutory rights as a consumer.

We accept no liability for any loss or damage caused by us or our employees or agents including for damage or corruption of data on a user's computer as a result of the site access:

  • Where there is no breach of a legal duty of care to you by us or by any of our employees or representatives
  • Where such loss or damage is not a reasonably foreseeable result of any such breach
  • For any increase in loss or damage resulting from breach by you of any terms of this contract

You agree that the use of the site is at your sole risk. The site and the materials contained herein are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, except as otherwise expressly provided in this agreement.

There is no warranty that the site will meet your requirements, the site will be timely, secure, error free or uninterrupted, the results obtained from the site will be accurate or reliable, the quality of any products, services, information or other material obtained by you through the site will meet your expectations and any site errors will be corrected.

Any material downloaded or otherwise obtained through the site is done at your own risk and you are solely responsible for any damage to your computer system or loss of data that results from the download of any material. No information obtained by you from any person or representative of the Feel Complete Group or through the site shall create any warranty not expressly stated in this agreement.

You (on behalf of yourself, personal representatives and heirs) hereby voluntarily agree to release, waive, discharge, defend and indemnify the Feel Complete Group, its affiliates and any of its Directors, Shareholders, employees, representatives, from any and all claims, actions or losses for bodily damage, wrongful death, emotional distress, loss of services or other damages or harm, whether to you or third parties which may result from your use of the services.

Any cause of action by you based upon or relating to these services, terms and conditions must be formally raised within one (1) year from the cause of action occurred or forever be waived and barred. All actions are subject to the limitations set out within the terms and conditions.

The maximum potential liability of the Feel Complete Group to you for any circumstances that result in damages, losses and causes of action (including but not limited to negligence) shall not exceed the amount paid by you. If any portion of this limitation of liability is found to be invalid, liability is limited to the fullest extent permitted by law.
