Magnesium Glycinate

Magnesium Glycinate

  • 100% glycinate — no oxide, no fillers
  • 150mg elemental magnesium a day, honestly labelled
  • 90 small capsules = 1 month & fits through your letterbox

Most magnesium is padded. Oxide, citrate, malate — cheaper forms squeezed in to make the milligrams look big, and the usual reason magnesium upsets your stomach. This is 100% magnesium bisglycinate. Two ingredients — magnesium bisglycinate and the capsule shell. Nothing else.

Magnesium contributes to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue, normal muscle function, normal psychological function, a normal nervous system, and electrolyte balance. Those are the approved claims — the ones allowed on the label — and they're the reason magnesium is the most sensible boring supplement you can take.

Three small capsules a day = 1,364mg of magnesium bisglycinate, delivering 150mg of elemental magnesium (40% NRV). We publish both numbers because one without the other is marketing.

  • 90 capsules — a full month at 3 a day
  • 100% chelated bisglycinate — gentle on the stomach
  • No fillers, no bulking agents, no magnesium oxide
  • Vegan · third-party lab tested · made in the UK
  • Letterbox-friendly pouch

FAQs

When should I take it?

Whenever you'll actually remember — consistency beats timing. Most of our customers make it an evening thing.

How long until I notice anything?

You may notice a difference in the first 24 hours however you should allow two to four weeks of daily use. Magnesium isn't a jolt — it's a level being topped back up.

Do I need it with food?

Glycinate is gentle enough to take without but we do recommend taking with food for the best absorption.

Can I open the capsules?

Yes — the powder can be stirred into food or drink.

Anything I should check first?

If you're pregnant, breastfeeding or on medication, speak to your GP before adding any supplement. Food supplements aren't a substitute for a varied diet.
