Shipping policy

Costs

Feel Complete offers shipping on all orders across the UK. Speed of delivery will be shown prior to purchase, although this may change depending on a number of external factors outside of the control of the company (i.e. bank holidays, weekends, festive periods, courier strikes etc).

All orders will be traceable by both parties so if you have not received your product and want to know where it is in transit feel free to give us a call on 0330 133 5885, lines are open Monday - Friday, 9am - 4pm (except bank holidays).

Processing Times

Orders received by 2pm on a normal weekday will be dispatched the same day. Any orders received after 2pm on a normal weekday will be dispatched the following day.

Orders received on the weekend will be processed and dispatched on the following Monday except where that Monday is a bank holiday.

The office is closed on bank holidays, any orders received on this day will be dispatched on the next working day.

Feel Complete is currently partnered with Royal Mail & DPD to accommodate all delivery requests. Please be sure to check the Royal Mail/DPD website regularly to ensure there is no planned delivery disruption for the days you want to order. Feel Complete can take no responsibility for delivery delays once the item has been dispatched via the courier.
