Returns

A full refund can be issued on your first purchase provided the product is unopened, remains in the original packaging and returned to our depot within 14 days of your purchase. The cost to return the product is your obligation, Feel Complete will not fund this activity.

To request a refund please contact hello@feelcomplete.com and include the following details:

  • Your full name
  • Address of where the product was sent
  • Date of purchase
  • Date you received the product
  • Your contact telephone number
  • Your order reference number (included in the confirmation email following checkout)
  • Reason for the return

Our team will work to get your refund processed as quickly as possible and in some cases will attempt to make contact with you to understand your situation in more detail to support future business improvements.

30 Day Money Back Guarantee

In the scenario you have opened and started to use your first supplement but are unhappy for any reason with your product we do offer a 30 day period where a full refund can be requested. If you have completed a free trial period the money back guarantee promotion does not apply to your first paid order.
